About the Role: The Data Integrity Virtual Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of critical business data across multiple systems.
This role focuses on monitoring webinar performance metrics, validating information between platforms, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data flows correctly through automated processes.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and eager to learn new systems while supporting a fast-paced remote team. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate webinar dashboards and reporting spreadsheets.
Update registration, attendance, sales, pipeline, and payment data on a consistent basis.
Verify that all information remains accurate and current across multiple clients.
Data Validation & Quality Control
Identify discrepancies between different data sources.
Investigate missing or inconsistent information using critical thinking.
Match records across platforms when customer information differs (such as different email addresses used for payments).
Automation Monitoring
Monitor automated workflows to ensure data flows correctly between platforms.
Identify automation failures or inconsistencies and escalate them when necessary.
Support the accuracy of integrations between Google Sheets, Zapier, and CRM systems.
Platform Management
Work daily within Google Sheets and other web-based platforms.
Utilize collaboration tools such as Slack and Monday.com.
Learn and adapt to new software as business needs evolve.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding data issues.
Work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.
Maintain organized documentation and follow established workflows.
Requirements Must
Previous experience working with Google Sheets (not Excel alone).
Comfortable navigating formulas and understanding how spreadsheet structures function.
Basic understanding of Zapier or similar automation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable learning new software and web-based platforms quickly.
Experience using Slack or similar team communication tools.
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week with morning hours preferred and at least 4–5 hours overlapping with U.S. Pacific Time.
Preferred
Experience using GoHighLevel.
Experience with Monday.com.
Previous experience supporting marketing agencies or webinar-based businesses.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and reporting dashboards.
Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
