### Responsibilities ###

* Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for the Codebeamer rollout and related ALM processes

* Document data models, workflows, governance principles, and requirements management concepts

* Develop user guides, work instructions, and reference materials in Confluence

* Prepare training and knowledge-transfer materials for different stakeholder groups

* Capture and maintain project decisions, requirements, and process documentation

### Profile ###

* Experience in Technical Documentation, Requirements Engineering, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

* Strong skills in Confluence, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

* Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and user-friendly documentation

* Experience creating user guides, process documentation, and training materials

* Knowledge of Codebeamer and SysML is an advantage

* Fluent English and a structured, detail-oriented working style
