What you will achieve
* Joint handling of all personnel processes related to the employment relationship with our HR service partners - from entry through changes, handling of illnesses and accidents as well as maternity and paternity leave to exit, including payroll
* Processing the recruitment process such as publication of job advertisements, management of the applicant database and interview coordination
* Coordination of the processes for interim and work references
* Management of the HR mailboxes
* Support and participation in HR projects

* Successful education with vocational baccalaureate at the commercial school with good to very good results and a long-term internship as a prerequisite
* You are a doer, think along, question and actively contribute new ideas
* You are reliable, determined, enjoy working in a team and are communicative, a strong communicator orally and in writing in the compulsory German subject and ideally French
* You drive operational tasks efficiently and with great care
* Good Microsoft Office skills and enjoyment in applying your customer orientation in daily interactions
