## Job Description ##

**Key responsibilities:**

* Provide legal advice on Swiss banking, financial services, AML and regulatory matters, partnering closely with business and control functions.

Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of contractual documentation, including client agreements, outsourcing, IT, vendor and confidentiality agreements.

Handle requests from regulatory, judicial and administrative authorities, and support suspicious activity reporting (SAR/MROS filings), investigations and regulatory enquiries.

Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assist with the implementation of new regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.

Support litigation, sanctions, cross-border matters and strategic legal transformation initiatives.

## The Successful Applicant ##

**The Successful Candidate:**

* Possess a Master's degree in Swiss Law; Swiss Bar admission is a plus.

* 2 years of experience in a Swiss law firm, private bank or regulated financial institution.

* Strong understanding of Swiss banking and financial regulations and the operational environment of financial institutions.

* Fluent French and English; German and/or Italian would be an asset.

* Analytical, pragmatic and detail-oriented professional with excellent judgement and discretion.

* Hands-on, proactive and solutions-oriented professional who enjoys working cross-functionally
