* Beratung von Geschäftsleitung in Rechtsfragen
* Verantwortung für Legal, Regulatory und Compliance
* Steuerung von Rechts- und Strategieprojekten
* Weiterentwicklung des Governance- und Compliance-Frameworks
* Führung externer Kanzleien und Rechtsberatung
#### Das Anforderungsprofil ####
* Master of Law, idealerweise mit Anwaltspatent
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in anspruchsvoller Rechtsfunktion
* Ausgeprägte Expertise im Wirtschafts-, öffentlichen oder Energierecht
* Wirtschaftliches Verständnis, verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln und überzeugendes Auftreten
* Sehr gute Sprachkompetenzen in Deutsch sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Französisch
