Housekeeping Supervisor

Your focus: The well-being of guests and employees. You will support the coordination and management of the housekeeping department. You will also be responsible for:

Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department

Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff

Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas

Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping

Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams

Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career
