Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and common areas.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of your assigned spaces, ensuring that our guests experience a clean, welcoming environment that contributes to their overall satisfaction and creates memorable moments during their stay.

Clean and prepare all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to established hotel standards and procedures

Inspect rooms thoroughly for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and guest safety, reporting any concerns to management

Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, maintaining inventory levels

Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding professionally to requests

Take initiative to personalize the guest experience through attention to detail and thoughtful touches

Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care and discretion

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for weekend and holiday shifts on a rotating basis

Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding room status, maintenance needs, and guest feedback

Warm, caring personality with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction

Excellent organizational skills and strong time management abilities

Proven ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with team members

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor in all interactions

Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays

Strong communication skills and ability to take direction constructively

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols (preferred)

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience (asset, not required)

Ability to adapt to a diverse, multicultural work environment

Willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement in service delivery
