Immaculate public spaces are essential to the luxury experience at The Caledonian Edinburgh. We are seeking a Public Area Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our public and back-of-house areas.

The Role

Maintain public and heart-of-house areas to luxury standards

Support a welcoming, safe and immaculate hotel environment

Contribute to a seamless guest experience through attention to detail

Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and wider hotel teams

Uphold health, safety and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain public areas in line with brand standards

Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are organised and ready for use

Report and follow up on maintenance or damage issues promptly

Respond efficiently to guest requests and operational needs

Adhere to lost property, safety and environmental procedures.
