PROGRAM ANALYST

You will conduct analyses of organizational functions and processes to determine whether the systems currently in use effectively accomplish the objectives sought.

You will provide guidance and training to the organizational administrative team on operational processes and tasks.

You will assist in identifying requirements and obtain resources required to support the mission via workspace management and/or facilities management.

You will serve as organizational lead for Mission Assurance and Continuity of operations; gather, collect, and refine input for organizational situational reports and command chronology.

You will assist in the planning, development, and execution of budget requests, obligations, tracking, and spending plan development.

You will serve as the approving official for the government-wide commercial purchase card program.

You will review and revise processes and policies in support of organizational goals.

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: -Experience supporting a Defense Acquisition project or program office, to including assisting in identifying organizational requirements to support the mission (i.e. space/facilities, equipment, etc). -Experience communicating and conducting cross-staff coordination at the organizational, Command, Major Subordinate Command, and/or Service level, to include developing and managing the staffing, routing, and tasking processes within the organization. -Experience as organizational lead and subject matter expert on task management and naval messaging systems.
