You will serve as the unit level Military Equal Opportunity {MEO) Program Manager.

You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution.

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Prohibited Activities and Conduct {PAC) policy providing advice, guidance, and interpretation.

You will maintain case management responsibilities throughout the lifecycle of a PAC complaint.

You will serve as Defense Equal Opportunity Climate Survey (DEOCS) administrator for supported commands.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing prohibited activity complaints, resolving conflicts, analyzing organizational data to spot trends, and providing training to improve unit readiness and equal opportunity awareness.
