You will analyze and evaluate organizational programs, projects, and administrative processes to identify problems, and recommend improvements.

You will provide support and guidance for the Defense Travel System (DTS), including reviewing travel documentation for accuracy and compliance and assisting with travel funding issues.

You will track, monitor and reconcile organizational obligations, and expenditures and assist with identifying requirements and potential shortfalls.

You will administer Government Purchase Card activities for supplies, equipment, training, conferences, and services while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

You will assist contracting officer representatives and other officials with contract administration, funding lines, data calls, and other program support requirements.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1).

Analyzing organizational programs, projects, or administrative processes to identify issues, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements or solutions. 2) Administering travel program functions using automated travel systems, including reviewing travel documentation, resolving travel-related issues, and providing guidance on applicable travel policies and procedures. 3) Monitoring financial activities by tracking obligations and expenditures, reconciling funding information, and assisting with the management of organizational budgets or operating funds. 4) Managing purchase card or procurement activities for supplies, equipment, training, conferences, or services in accordance with applicable acquisition policies and procedures. 5) Supporting contract administration activities by assisting with contract funding, monitoring funding lines, responding to data calls, and coordinating administrative requirements with appropriate officials.
