About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to join our Solution Architecture & Advisory team. This is not a system configuration or technical administration role. Instead, the position focuses on business analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination, workshop support, research, and operational support activities that enable successful solution design and project delivery.

You will work closely with Solution Architects and Consultants, supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation and advisory engagements while building a strong foundation in HR technology, business processes, and solution architecture.

This role is designed as an entry point into the Solution Architecture career path, offering long-term development opportunities. \

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and key project decisions.

Support workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings by preparing materials, capturing outcomes, and tracking actions.

Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency trackers.

Assist with solution design discussions and architecture documentation.

Support project governance, testing, deployment readiness, and follow-up activities.

Research SAP SuccessFactors functionality, releases, and HR technology trends.

Prepare presentations, workshop materials, and customer-facing documentation.

Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a similar role within SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects is strongly preferred.

We are also open to candidates who have gained implementation project experience with other HRIS platforms such as Workday, Workforce Software, Oracle HCM, UKG, Cornerstone, or similar solutions.

Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, or Performance & Goals.

Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, workshop support, and stakeholder management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment

Proactive and tech-savvy mindset

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot and an interest in leveraging them to improve day-to-day productivity.

Experience with process mapping, reporting, integrations, project governance, or solution design activities.

Familiarity with tools such as Visio, SAP Signavio, Jira, or Confluence.
