As an SDR at Epignosis, you would typically be the first point of contact for inbound leads, communicating with prospective customers via email or phone, and creating opportunities for our Sales Executives. While this is not an active opening at the moment , this role is a great entry point into a Sales career in tech.
Over time, SDRs have the opportunity to grow into roles such as Sales Executive, working on new customer acquisition, or Customer Success, supporting existing clients. We are strong believers in internal mobility and prioritize growing our talent from within.

Responsibilities As a Sales Development Representative, you will: Contact inbound leads through email and phone.
Create a positive first impression with our prospects and existing customers by providing a world-class experience. Learn more about prospects, understand their goals and decide if they should meet with our Sales Execs. Use top software to manage your activities and monitor your performance.
Input and organize prospective customers information in our CRM (Salesforce). Share data around customer needs and challenges with the broader team to drive product and business decisions. Use your natural curiosity, communication skills, and ambition to improve the performance of yourself and the team.
Requirements To be successful in this role as a Sales Development Representative, you should have: Native or near-native in English. Bachelor's degree or higher. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively. A strong desire to start a sales career in tech.
High energy, self starter and with a positive attitude. Team spirit; you seriously care about what you do and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues. Nice to have Proven experience with Salesforce. Native or near-native proficiency in a second language. Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
