Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong background in SaaS sales, proven closing experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling environment.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven salesperson who understands the SaaS sales cycle and can confidently prospect, qualify, run sales conversations, overcome objections, follow up, and move opportunities toward a close.

SaaS experience, closing experience, and high-volume calling experience are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers.

Prospect and identify qualified opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

Sell SaaS solutions by understanding prospect pain points and clearly communicating product value and business impact.

Conduct confident discovery and sales conversations to understand needs, challenges, budget, decision-making processes, and buying intent.

Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Take ownership of sales conversations and move qualified prospects toward closing.

Handle objections confidently and communicate a compelling SaaS value proposition.

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Accurately manage leads, opportunities, activities, and pipeline within the CRM.

Meet or exceed KPIs for outbound calls, conversations, qualified opportunities, conversions, and revenue.

Collaborate with the wider sales team to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.

Requirements

Previous B2B SaaS sales experience is required.

Proven closing experience is a must. You should have hands-on experience converting prospects into paying customers.

High-volume outbound calling experience is essential. You must be comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone.

Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle , from prospecting and discovery through objection handling, follow-up, and closing.

Strong cold-calling, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Track record of working toward and achieving sales targets, KPIs, or revenue goals.

Experience using CRM and sales tools to manage leads and pipeline.

Excellent spoken and written English with confident, professional communication skills.

Ability to quickly understand software products and translate features into clear customer value.

Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
