We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join its Talent Management team on a six\-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a learning and development professional who enjoys managing projects, creating engaging learning experiences, analysing programme effectiveness, and working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Missions

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will support the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of learning and talent development initiatives across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of development programmes while contributing to a positive employee learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate learning and talent development projects from planning and design through to implementation and evaluation.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.

Support the design and enhancement of learning programmes, development journeys, and associated resources.

Research, curate, and maintain relevant learning content for employees, managers, and teams.

Create and manage digital learning resources, including e\-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.

Collaborate with external learning providers to ensure the effective delivery of programmes and resources.

Manage administrative and operational processes related to external vendors, including contracts, purchase orders, procurement requests, and invoice tracking.

Analyse participation metrics, feedback, and learning data to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate outcomes and key insights to stakeholders.

Support the delivery of workshops, onboarding sessions, and other learning activities as required.

Profil du candidat

Required Experience

Proven experience within Learning \& Development, Talent Development, Organisational Development, or Instructional Design.

Demonstrated project management and programme coordination experience.

Experience designing, curating, and implementing learning content and development initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data and translate insights into actions.

Experience managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.

Ability to work independently while effectively engaging multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills

Comfortable working with digital learning platforms and technologies.

Desirable

Experience with Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Familiarity with behavioural assessment tools.

Languages

English: Fluent (C2\)

French: Upper Intermediate to Advanced (B2\)
