Pour notre centre d'affaires situé au cœur de Lausanne, nous recherchons dès maintenant un(e) réceptionniste aimable et ouvert(e), doté(e) de bonnes compétences en communication. Les lieux de travail sont Lausanne Saint-Martin et Lausanne Mainstation.
Assurer un excellent service client : - Accueillir et recevoir les visiteurs - Prendre et transférer les appels téléphoniques et le courrier - Préparer, animer et assurer le suivi des réunions Les compétences suivantes sont indispensables : - Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais - Maîtrise de Microsoft Office - Très bonnes manières et présentation soignée
