Our client is a prestigious international company based in Geneva and is seeking a highly professional **Trilingual Receptionist** for a short\-term assignment of a **two weeks**, with an **immediate start**.

**Missions**

* Welcome visitors and ensure a first\-class reception experience.

* Manage incoming phone calls in French, English, and Spanish.

* Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor logistics.

* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

* Provide administrative support to various departments.

* Assist with travel arrangements, agendas, and general office coordination.

* Maintain a professional and organized reception area at all times.

**Profil du candidat**

* Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative support role.

* Fluency in **French, English, and Spanish** (spoken and written) is mandatory.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Professional presentation and service\-oriented mindset.

* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

* Able to adapt quickly and work autonomously in a fast\-paced international environment.
