You will plan work to be accomplished by junior employees, set and adjust short-term priorities, or prepare schedules for completion of work.
You will determine resource needs, evaluate impact of resource constraints, and recommend action for enhancing the efficiency of the assigned business process.
You will analyze programs to determine if new business processes need to be developed.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Analyzing and evaluating major Public Works programs and processes; 2) Isolating and defining unprecedented issues and unknown conditions in various Public Works programs; 3) Communicating orally and in writing on a professional level; 4) Conducting management studies, business case, economic analysis, cost comparisons, and process improvement analyses and reports in order to recommend new approaches or procedures; and 5) Applying process improvement methodology, such as Lean Six Sigma, to improve Public Works operations.
