## Job Description ##

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an international organization to recruit a Senior FP&A Finance Manager based in Central Switzerland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a high-performing finance team with a strong emphasis on core Financial Planning & Analysis activities.

This position is centered around traditional FP&A responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.

**Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Manager:**

* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders

* Support quarterly reporting cycles and provide meaningful commentary on business performance

* Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making

* Identify key risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes

* Support corporate planning activities and senior leadership reporting requirements

* Drive continuous improvement within FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics

* Collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to ensure accurate and consistent reporting

**Candidate Profile:**

* Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

* Approximately 8-10 years' experience within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance roles

* Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance reporting

* Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities

* Experience working within a large multinational organization

* Exposure to international reporting standards and complex global business environments would be advantageous

* Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or other complex operational environments is preferred

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making through financial insight

* Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating within a lean and collaborative finance team

* Fluent English language skills are essential
