Role: Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote, Europe

Required skills

7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Network Deployment, or Telecommunications Operations.

Proven experience managing complex telecom projects and end-to-end Work Package delivery.

Strong knowledge of project planning, delivery governance, risk, issue, and change management.

Experience with resource planning, capacity management, project estimation, and dependency tracking.

Strong customer and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical escalations.

Nokia experience and knowledge of Nokia processes/tools are highly valued.

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

English B2 mandatory.
