SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a Section Head within the Weapon System (WS) Engineering and Integration Branch (SPC4) of Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program office leading development of Navy's Hypersonic Weapon System.

You will manage and supervise a team of engineers, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely project completion, while providing guidance and conducting performance evaluations.

You will provide programmatic direction/coordination for Weapon System Engineering and Integration activities, Hardware and Software development, Weapon System Safety and Certification in support rapid development and fielding of the weapon system.

You will represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders, other government agencies, contractors, making decisions that impact the development, performance, and fielding of the WS.

You will ensure compliance with government directives and policies, interpret technical specifications and contracts, and implement local standards for hardware and software related to the WS.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading or managing stakeholders through various lifecycle phases of a complex weapon system to meet mission objectives.
