FACILITIES PROGRAM MANAGER

You will be responsible for advising on the technological and economic feasibility of processes, systems, and equipment utilized in the design and construction of structures.

You will coordinate, integrate, lead, and directly control efforts associated with planning, programing, budgeting, and contracting for all the OJAG facility project initiatives.

You will prepare correspondence, technical reports, status reports, schedules, and other documentation pertaining to JAG's overall facilities planning capabilities and tools available.

You will understand, apply, guide, and integrate technical deliverables into the facility project planning program to ensure consistency of effort and validation of investment/divestment requirements.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Advising and coordinating many operation activities relating to facilities, construction, maintenance, sustainability requirements and initiatives, historic preservation requirements, environmental requirements, leasing program management, site development, property management, and day-to-day facilities management; 2) Collaboratively works to forecast, justify, obtain and allocate resources necessary to support programs and policy implementation; 3) Possessing expert knowledge in the areas of equipment acquisition, contracting, cost and price analysis, funding authorities, planning/pre-design engineering studies, economic analysis, cost estimating, environmental planning documentation and safety/non-safety site approval documentation; 4) Coordinating, integrating, leading and directly controlling efforts associated with planning, programing, budgeting and contracting for facility project initiatives.
