Estamos buscando un Analista de Datos para una empresa automotriz del mercado de repuestos de EEUU con múltiples sitios operativos. Este rol será un socio clave para impulsar la toma de decisiones basada en datos, la eficiencia operativa y la ejecución de proyectos en toda la organización.
El candidato ideal combinará fuertes habilidades analíticas con experiencia en gestión de proyectos, dominio de Power BI para minería y generación de informes de datos, y experiencia avanzada en Smartsheet para apoyar la planificación, el seguimiento y la ejecución de iniciativas interfuncionales.
Principales Responsabilidades: Recopilar, analizar e interpretar datos operativos y de manufactura para identificar tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades. Construir, mantener y optimizar tableros e informes en Power BI para el seguimiento del desempeño de manufactura, costos y KPIs.
Brindar información procesable al equipo de liderazgo para apoyar la toma de decisiones en múltiples plantas. Actuar como Project Manager de iniciativas estratégicas de manufactura, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, entregables y objetivos del negocio. Estandarizar y optimizar los procesos de reportes a nivel organizacional.
Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua mediante la identificación de oportunidades basadas en datos para aumentar la eficiencia y productividad.
Requisitos: Título universitario en Análisis de Datos , Negocios , Ingeniería Industrial o afines. 3–5 años de experiencia en análisis de datos o inteligencia de negocios, idealmente en industrias manufactura o automotriz. Dominio avanzado de Power BI (minería de datos, DAX, creación de dashboards).
Amplia experiencia práctica con Smartsheet (planificación de proyectos, reportes, automatización). Excel avanzado y habilidades en visualización de datos; conocimiento de SQL es un plus. Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades y trabajar con equipos geográficamente distribuidos.
