Sponsorship program: Grow the World Tour sponsorship program to deliver a year-over-year increase in sponsorship revenue and sourced pipeline while maintaining or improving partner satisfaction scores.

Operational efficiency: Reduce end-to-end event execution cycle times and budget variance through streamlined workstreams and repeatable processes, enabling the team to support more stops or higher program complexity without additional headcount.

Ensure seamless flow of leads from events into marketing automation systems and to sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion

Stakeholder alignment: Build a reliable global operating model with Executive, Marketing, Sales, and regional leaders so that tour stops launch on time with agreed goals, content, and speaker participation , and jointly owned KPIs (pipeline, attendance, NPS) are consistently met or exceeded.
