About The Role As the Field Marketing Manager – Central Region, you will lead Myriad360 's regional marketing strategy and execution across the Midwest, Great Lakes, and Ohio Valley.

You will develop and execute field marketing programs that increase market penetration, strengthen partner relationships, generate pipeline, and elevate brand awareness throughout the region.

Working closely with the Director of National Field Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Business Development teams, you will own regional events, partner marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs while supporting select national marketing initiatives.

This role directly impacts pipeline generation, partner engagement, customer relationships, and regional revenue growth through strategic marketing programs that deliver measurable business results. Must be based in the United States, preferably within the Central region, with the ability to travel up to 40–50%.

Other responsibilities include: Field Marketing & Event Execution

Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region, including customer events, executive programs, conferences, sponsorships, and partner engagements

Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and company objectives

Present program plans, campaign updates, post-event recaps, and performance metrics to leadership

Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, contracts, catering, shipping, audiovisual requirements, signage, promotional items, and attendee communications

Collaborate with Sales, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Partner Marketing to maximize event participation and post-event follow-up

Measure program effectiveness through pipeline influence, engagement metrics, ROI, and sponsorship performance

National Marketing Support

Maintain the Field Marketing calendar, ensuring events, sponsorships, campaigns, and deadlines are accurately tracked and communicated

Support national marketing initiatives by coordinating logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and partner communications

Manage marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and expense tracking

Build executive presentations, reporting dashboards, and program summaries using Excel and PowerPoint

Prepare internal documentation including event briefs, strategy documents, and post-event analyses

Provide proactive operational support that ensures flawless program execution

Partner Marketing & Sponsorships

Partner closely with the Partner Marketing team to align sponsorship strategies and maximize Market Development Funds (MDF)

Coordinate co-branded marketing initiatives, partner events, and joint campaigns throughout the Central region

Manage sponsor deliverables, approvals, branding requirements, and partner communications

Build and strengthen relationships with strategic technology partners and vendors

Digital Marketing Collaboration

Partner with the Digital Marketing team to ensure event campaigns, landing pages, email communications, graphics, and digital assets align with campaign objectives and brand standards

Provide strategic direction for campaign messaging, customer journeys, and event communications

Support HubSpot campaign execution, landing pages, forms, and workflows

Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to improve content development, campaign execution, and operational efficiency

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Execute marketing programs with exceptional attention to detail from planning through completion

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and scale regional marketing initiatives

Maintain strong communication across Marketing, Sales, Partner teams, and external vendors

Continuously evaluate program performance and implement improvements based on data and feedback

Maintain flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events as business needs require

Desired skills and experience

5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing

Experience managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs

Experience within the technology, VAR, IT services, cybersecurity, or channel partner ecosystem preferred

Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and technology partners

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% throughout the Central region
