Executive Marketing Coordinator – Operations Support Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S.
Business Hours (PST Required) Location: Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Jamaica About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an Executive Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations, executive administration, content coordination, and day-to-day business execution.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll work closely with leadership to manage social media, CRM workflows, content, lead generation support, and operational tasks while ensuring everything stays organized and on track. Responsibilities Executive & Operations Support
Manage calendars, scheduling, and project coordination.
Support day-to-day executive operations.
Maintain organized trackers, documentation, and internal systems.
Improve workflow efficiency and follow through on priorities.
Marketing & Content
Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms.
Manage social media engagement and community interactions.
Build and manage email campaigns using GoHighLevel.
Create graphics and edit short-form videos using Canva, Veed, OpusClips, or similar tools.
CRM & Lead Management
Maintain CRM records and pipeline accuracy.
Organize leads and support outreach campaigns.
Build prospect lists through research.
Ensure timely follow-ups and organized workflows.
Administrative Support
Manage inboxes and prioritize communications.
Organize digital program materials and resources.
Assist with website updates and campaign support.
Coordinate with leadership to support daily operations.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, or digital marketing.
Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, or entrepreneurial businesses preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and social media management.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with lead generation and prospect research.
Community management or membership-based business experience.
Experience supporting webinars, coaching programs, or digital products.
Familiarity with paid advertising support.
Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
