Joining Collibra’s Growth Marketing team
Collibra's Growth Marketing team drives the regional strategies and programs that connect our solutions to the accounts and buyers who need them most — and we're looking for an EMEA Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead that charge across the region.
Reporting to the Director of Field & Event Marketing, you'll own the strategy and execution that influences the pipeline across EMEA from building awareness with the right accounts to accelerating opportunities through demand generation and targeted account-based plays.
You'll partner closely with EMEA GTM leaders, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Marketing to translate global programs into high-impact regional initiatives.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
Senior Field Marketing Managers at Collibra are responsible for
Own and execute fully integrated, multi-channel marketing plans across the DACH, NEUR and APAC regions to drive demand generation, land new logos, and achieve new business pipeline targets
Develop and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with sales — identifying and prioritizing high-value accounts, personalizing engagement across channels, and accelerating pipeline progression within target accounts
Translate global campaigns into regional digital and engagement roadmaps, providing strategic direction based on EMEA industry frameworks and market dynamics
Align with GTM leaders, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Marketing to develop EMEA field marketing priorities and multi-channel plans using a data-driven approach to decision making
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, delivering insights that optimize strategies and investments to maximize ROI against revenue objectives
You have
10+ years of experience in Field, Partner, or Channel Marketing in a B2B enterprise technology environment
Proven track record delivering regional demand generation programs that achieve pipeline targets, with measurable results across top, mid, and bottom of funnel
Experience developing and executing ABM programs, including partnering with sales to define target account lists and drive personalized engagement at scale
Cross-functional program management experience executing integrated marketing programs, including with enterprise partners such as SAP, Google Cloud, or GSIs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting marketing strategy and performance to senior stakeholders and customer audiences
Candidates must have native proficiency in German
Ability to travel up to 25%
Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.

Metrics-driven and analytical you translate data into clear insights and use them to make fast, informed investment decisions
Collaborative and skilled at building alignment across GTM, sales, and marketing to move programs forward with shared accountability
Proactive and solutions-oriented, anticipating obstacles and operating with urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Familiar with applying marketing technologies including Salesforce, Tableau, 6Sense, HockeyStack, Asana, and event platforms such as Zuddl to manage programs and measure results
Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, iterating quickly based on market feedback and performance data
Fluent in English and German (C1 level or above)
Measures of success
Within your first month, you will: Complete onboarding, build key relationships with EMEA GTM leaders and cross-functional marketing partners, and conduct an audit of current EMEA field marketing programs and pipeline performance.
Within your third month, you will: Own and execute your first regional marketing program, partner with sales to define and align on the ABM target account strategy, and begin contributing measurably to the EMEA pipeline.
Within your sixth month, you will: Deliver measurable progress against EMEA pipeline targets, maintain a full regional marketing calendar, and demonstrate ABM-driven improvements in target account engagement and pipeline progression.
