You will develop and review program technical and mission documentation, provide authoritative input and advice on all engineering and technical issues and ensure engineering requirements are met.
You will participate in the development and design of new systems by assessing if available or imminent technology is sufficient to meet requirements or system concepts are applicable to operational requirements.
You will provide authoritative systems engineering or senior-level engineering technical domain input and advice to systems engineering and to the program management leadership.
You will engage with primary stakeholders in the delivery of IT system(s) functionality as well as the impacted interface partners of the IT systems.
You will serve as the primary technical liaison between the Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Mission Systems Chief Engineer, Technical Warrant Holders, and program office leadership.
You will oversee the implementation of authoritative Technical Authority engineering policy, guidance, standards, architectures, and processes.
You will demonstrate experience and knowledge of a broad range of technical disciplines including systems of systems engineering, knowledge management, rapid service delivery, and commercial cloud experience in the areas of architecture.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS- 13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading migrations, architectures, interfaces, and manage the System of Systems (SoS) development, integration, and performance of assigned program office IT systems capabilities.
