Arbeitsort: Zürich (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Eintritt: Ab sofort Deine Aufgaben: Du überwachst den automatisierten Einsatzablauf der Servicetechniker. Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen und Supplies-Bestellungen per Telefon und E-Mail entgegen. Du leitest Störungen unverzüglich an die zuständigen Servicetechniker weiter.
Du planst die internen und externen Einsätze der Servicetechniker. Du bearbeitest die Störungsmeldungen im ERP-System. Du unterstützt interne und externe Kundschaft bei Anfragen. Du fakturierst Arbeitseinsätze und Supplies-Bestellungen.
Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise KV oder Informatik Technisches Grundwissen Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Gute IT-Kenntnisse auf Anwenderebene, insbesondere MS Office und Helpdesk-Tools Deutsch als Muttersprache, Französischkenntnisse vorhanden, Englisch von Vorteil Kommunikative und eigeninitiative Persönlichkeit Deine Benefits: Möglichkeit auf Homeoffice Attraktive Anstellungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen Offene und direkte Unternehmenskultur
