Du erfasst, kategorisierst und verarbeitest die eingehenden Anliegen weiter. Du behebst Störungs- und Problemfälle im 1st Level Support.
Du überwachst die Incident- und Service-Request-Prozesse. Du erstellst Angebote und nimmst Bestellungen entgegen. Du erstellst und wertest Statistiken und Reportings aus. Du baust das Knowledge Management mit Anleitungen auf.
