You will serve as an on site consultant to commands by performing various labor and intertwined employee relations services at the local level to meet immediate and long-range needs of commands serviced.

You will assist in developing strategies for supervisors and managers to meet labor relations obligations.

You will serve as an advisor on issues that are sensitive, serious, and/or controversial involving labor relations, employee relations, and associated functions.

You will analyze issues and take steps to eliminate basic problems and causes within assigned organizations.

GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting supervisors and managers by researching and providing routine-to-moderately complex advice on civil service regulations, employee conduct, management-employee relations, and workplace policies.

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising and assisting managers, supervisors, and leadership on complex legal, statutory, and regulatory issues governing federal employment, employee conduct, and management-employee relations.
