The posting

You will report to the VP, Litigation in the Law Department and work closely with a team of attorneys, providing comprehensive administrative and legal support. This is a hybrid role working 1-2 days week from our office in Costa Mesa, California.

Help handle hundreds of lawsuits annually together with a team of internal lawyers.

Complete legal support tasks and administrative responsibilities while ensuring the seamless execution of the cases.

Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of legal documents, and processing of the case files.

Prepare to file documents with courts.

2+ years of experience with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Expert at organization and maintaining case files to ensure to effective handling of lawsuits in compliance with in-house standards.

Experience drafting settlement agreements and other routine shell documents for review by attorneys.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
