\- Organiser les activités techniques
\- Contrôle et suivi de l-activité opérationnelle
\- Support et suivi dans l-activité de maintenance mensuelle
\- Être l-interlocuteur des responsables du client
\- Planifier les travaux des concierges et techniciens
\- Préparation et mise à disposition des documents internes et pour les audits
\- Initier et assurer le suivi de petits projets
\- Participation par rotation à un service de piquet
\- Assurer le suivi administratif, y compris le reporting des activités réalisées pour le compte du client (KPI)
\- CFC dans le domaine d-activité
\- Bonnes connaissances dans le domaine technique du bâtiment et administration de projets
\- Expérience dans le management d-équipe
\- Connaissance en allemand un atout
\- Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
\- A l-aise avec les tâches administratives
\- Orientation clientèle prononcée, fort esprit d-équipe
\- Flexible au niveau des déplacements
\- Sens de la communication
\- Permis de conduire
