As a Ship-s Event Coordinator, you will be the creative force behind unforgettable experiences at sea. From intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, you will curate, organize, and execute engaging events that enhance the guest experience. Your passion for entertainment, meticulous planning, and ability to bring people together will ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

### **Your Journey So Far** ###

You have a proven background in event coordination, preferably within the cruise, hospitality, or entertainment industry. Your experience and skills include:

Event Planning Expertise - Hands-on experience in planning and executing events of various scales, from concept development to final execution.

Logistics Management - Ability to oversee event logistics, including scheduling, equipment coordination, and venue setup.

Team Coordination - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including entertainment staff, catering, and technical crews.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving - Strong ability to think on your feet, handle last-minute changes, and ensure seamless event execution.

Guest Engagement - A passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences for international guests.

Multitasking & Organization - Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple events and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

### **Your Essentials** ###

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or entertainment.

A degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Fluency in English and at least one other European language.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.

Experience working in a multicultural team and engaging with international guests.

Willingness to live and work onboard a cruise ship for extended contract periods.
