Vous travaillez en tant que Chef de cuisine au sein du restaurant de l'Hôtel Novotel Angers Lac de Maine.
Vous étés responsables de
- l'élaboration de la carte , cocktail, bistronomique, sportifs, séminaire...
- Réception des commandes,
- l'établissement des inventaires.
- Prendre en charge la cuisine et son équipe dans sa totalité
Travail du lundi au vendredi et certains week-ends.
