This role is responsible for translating commercial priorities, market intelligence and data insights into robust demand and supply plans. By strengthening forecast accuracy, supporting launch planning and driving cross-functional alignment, this role contributes directly to service excellence, business continuity and sustainable growth across two prestigious luxury beauty brands (La Prairie and Chantecaille).
**How you will create a beautiful impact:**
**Forecasting & Planning**
* Lead the demand planning process across the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with financial planning, commercial priorities and supply chain requirements.
* Create, manage and continuously improve retail and shipment forecasts for saleable products across the region.
* Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to reflect changing market trends, promotional activities, product performance and potential cannibalization in the forecast.
* Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure non-saleable items are accurately forecasted, tracked and accounted for.
* Monitor forecast accuracy, identify gaps versus actuals and recommend clear, actionable improvement plans.
**Portfolio & Lifecycle Management**
* Contribute to portfolio and lifecycle management by helping to optimize stock levels, minimize return risks and reduce obsolescence exposure.
**Supply & Service Level Management**
* Oversee shortages and allocation topics in coordination with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Sales, supporting mitigation plans where required.
**Business Insights & Decision Support**
* Consolidate sell-out data and market intelligence to support data-informed business decisions.
* Act as a key contact for external database providers and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure reporting tools and processes are effectively used
* Own business requirements and support the use of UAT for reporting and analytics tools such as QlikSense, QlikView and Power BI
**What you need to become our next audacious talent:**
* Bachelor-s Degree (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Management preferred)
* 3-years of relevant experience
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw the right conclusions
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Detail oriented with ability to balance and organize multiple work priorities.
* Advanced Excel, PowerBI, SAP, Powerpoint skills and fluent English.
* Knowledge in Luxury skincare is an advantage
