Manages program and project activities by planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting work, schedules, resources, and risks to achieve approved program objectives.
Analyzes program requirements, funding data, and execution status to develop resource recommendations and support Program Manager decisions.
Develops and reviews acquisition documentation and monitors contractor task performance to support planned program activities and delivery of required products or services.
Coordinates with technical leads and stakeholders to identify program goals, resource requirements, and competing priorities and to prepare annual program plans for management approval.
Prepares and presents objective program-status information, findings, and recommendations to management officials and other stakeholders to support informed decisions.
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Qualifying Experience: To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.
Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Applying management, acquisition, and financial principles to support long-range planning; OR analyzing program and mission needs to develop procurement strategies; OR performing technical task-monitoring duties, developing statements of work, or developing acquisition packages.
