Responsibilities

Leverage a minimum of 8+ years of IT experience to drive complex business analysis and project success.

Apply excellent requirement understanding and analytical skills to gather, evaluate, and document business needs.

Utilize deep Insurance Domain knowledge, specifically within Property & Casualty Insurance, to guide IT solutions and process improvements.

Execute and coordinate project deliverables operating effectively within Agile methodologies.

Facilitate clear alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of IT experience acting as a Business Analyst or in a closely related functional role.

Strong Insurance Domain knowledge, specifically focused on Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

Excellent requirement understanding and advanced analytical skills.

Proven, hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." (In this context: understanding the difference between simple task-taking and strategic business engineering)

Desired

Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.

Advanced Spanish.
