Priorisierung und Umsetzungsplanung von Anforderungen
Testing umgesetzter Anforderungen und Begleitung des Releases (Systemintegration)
Kommunikation und Dokumentation von Systemneuerungen
Bindeglied zwischen Leistungsabteilung, Applikationsmanagement und Parametrierer\*innen
Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten
Das bringst du mit
Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder medizinische Ausbildung, idealerweise
ergänzt mit höherer Weiterbildung (z.B. eidg. Fachausweis, HF)
Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche im Bereich Leistungen
Flair für technische Zusammenhänge und Planung
Kenntnisse der Branchenlösung Syrius oder E\-Claim Plus von Vorteil
lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Grundkenntnisse im Prozessmanagement von Vorteil
hohe Selbstorganisation und Eigeninitiative
sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Freude an Weiterentwicklung und neuen Herausforderungen
