Supervisory Management Analyst

As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will: Direct, assign, and ensure timely completion of data liaison and governance projects and activities across all TIGTA business units. Adjust priorities and deadlines in order to address priority requests for projects.

When necessary, negotiate with heads of other units, deciding on and/or coordinating work-related changes, and advising superiors of problems. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data and artificial intelligence (AI) governance frameworks, policies, standards, and internal controls.

Ensure alignment of data and AI governance efforts with TIGTA mission, strategic goals, and statutory requirements.

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience: For the GS-14, You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is defined as: - Identifying and analyzing data and systems that are necessary for auditors, evaluators, and investigators to meet their mission; AND - Working with IT officials to resolve barriers to accessing data and systems; AND - Developing policies, procedures, and relevant training for analyzing and managing data and system access; AND. - Engaging senior executives to reach agreement on or consensus about complicated data and artificial intelligence governance policy and internal control considerations through effective written and oral communication.

Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.

Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
