MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a Management Analyst assigned to departments at the Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT), Kings Bay, Georgia.

You will provide management analysis services to management/ senior analysts to evaluate, advise on, develop, implement, and improve the effectiveness of work methods, procedures, management controls, information systems, and documentation systems.

You will review and coordinate preparation of actual and projected acquisition workforce training requirements, estimates, and justifications in support of program goals and objectives

You will monitor program funding status through the use of readily available data, compiling, analyzing, and summarizing Training financial data for basic expenses of the department (for senior analyst).

You will evaluate, advise, implement, optimize, and standardize department office work methods and procedures, distribution of work assignments, and documentation systems, ensuring department compliance with external requirements.

You will perform or oversee content, format, timely distribution, proper authorization, and submission of all department technical program and assessment reporting.

Your resume must demonstrate least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-01 or grade level (GS-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
