PROGRAM ANALYST

You will collect and analyze data from multiple sources to provide an overview of the SPS travel program within Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).

You will monitor and keep the command abreast of all misuse, fraudulent, overdue payments, and abuse of the GTCC within SPS in accordance with all Financial Management Office (FMO) requirements.

You will assist the command and the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) with Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program functions accurately and within Department of Defense and naval regulations.

You will monitor and keep the command abreast of SAPR response protocols, retaliation prevention, and ongoing victim support activities.

You will serve as the command's Subject Matter Expert for the Safety and Occupational Health Program, ensuring OSHA and OPNAVINST 5100.23G compliance across five facilities.

You will foster command safety awareness by conducting detachment site visits, delivering employee training, managing the SPS Safety web page, and representing the command on local and regional safety councils.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing administrative programs, including defense travel and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) programs, by evaluating data, monitoring compliance, and recommending process improvements.
