The Opportunity

Daily tasks include: analyzing and generating data for all core teams of the local city operations, assisting on visualization and interpretation of data to drive forward new strategies and campaigns as needed.

We are looking for a high energy, quick thinking individual who can understand business needs to create fast and sustainable growth.

【工作內容】

透過內部營運數據與外部市場資訊，掌握業務表現及市場趨勢，定期產出營運分析報告。

進行基礎數據分析，從業務表現中找出潛在問題與成長機會，提供數據洞察及改善建議。

參與商業策略規劃與討論，協助團隊將數據分析結果轉化為具體的行動方案，持續推動業務成長。

與跨部門團隊合作進行專案規劃、執行及進度追蹤，確保專案順利推進並達成預期目標。

協助台灣團隊與全球總部進行策略溝通，整合市場資訊並推動相關策略落地。

商業思維與數據分析能力：能從數據與市場資訊中發現問題及機會，並提出具體的商業洞察。

良好的溝通與協作能力：能與不同部門及全球團隊有效溝通，整合資訊並推動專案執行。

主動與執行力：面對變動及模糊的工作情境，能主動釐清問題、提出方案並持續追蹤執行。

細心與責任感：能掌握數據、報告及專案細節，確保分析與執行品質。

問題解決能力：具備邏輯思考能力，能透過數據分析釐清問題並提出可行的解決方案。

適應力與獨立作業能力：能適應快速變動的工作環境，並具備獨立完成任務的能力。

【加分條件】

具 5 年以上商業分析、營運、業務、行銷或相關工作經驗。

歡迎具業務或行銷背景，並希望轉向商業分析與數據驅動決策的人才。

熟悉 Google Sheets/Google Workspace 及 Microsoft Excel。

具備營運分析、商業報告或跨部門專案執行經驗者佳。

具跨國團隊合作及中英文溝通經驗者佳。

【工作待遇】

月薪 48,000 - 78,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
