You will analyze course utilization rates, missed training opportunities and other course related metrics.

You will track changes for training requirements during execution year.

You will provide guidance on training plan development and emergent training requirements management.

You will evaluate the use of technology in Fleet training programs and make recommendations on use and implementation strategies.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing data collection and data mining for the purpose of analyzing problems and to determine efficient utilization of resources; 2) Conducting assessments on training availability to make recommendations regarding course utilization percentages or refining quota requirements; 3) Utilizing knowledge in training management tools/systems in coordination of scheduling and training operations; 4) Preparing briefings using charts and graphs to deliver visually effective information.
