SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will plan and carry out the work, interpreting laws, rules, and regulations regarding recruiting and managing federal civilian employees

You will resolve conflicts that arise and coordinates the work of others having the ability to illicit teamwork and cooperation by use of exceptional interpersonal skills.

You will exercise good judgment before making a commitment to any level of supervision that involves changes to committed resources.

You will manage input from engineering divisions to build the department Workload and Resource Report and workload assessments.

You will direct preparation of workload performance trends and support Corporate Support Resource Team.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving in a supervisory and/or leadership capacity to manage administrative operations, which can include forecasting workload, managing organizational budget, directing personnel actions, and/or recruiting strategies.
