Analyze large amounts of statistical information pertaining to the productivity of workload within standards.

Research information while developing new approaches to program evaluation which serve as precedents for others.

Utilize Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to analyze and manage the workload of the Division and suggest ways for improvements to management.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: developing and refining methods and procedures for organizational effectiveness; maintaining documentation on completed internal control evaluations and ensuring they are submitted as required; collaborating with leadership to design, plan, and conduct management surveys and research projects, and/or studies.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
