You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and articulate strategic capability and program requirements, developing defensible resource strategies aligned with defense planning and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycles.
You will defend and justify organizational capability needs and resourcing strategies to higher headquarters, executive leadership, and oversight bodies, negotiating competing priorities to align enterprise requirements with strategic defense goals.
You will analyze program performance metrics and operational risks, transforming complex data into risk-mitigated resourcing strategies and budget recommendations that optimize enterprise-wide execution.
You will advise senior executive leadership on strategic challenges, conducting feasibility analyses and delivering high-impact executive briefings, reports, and data-driven recommendations to support command decision-making.
You will lead continuous process improvement, workflow modernization, and innovation initiatives, resolving complex operational bottlenecks to maximize program effectiveness and organizational agility.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; 1) coordinating with stakeholders, building collaborative relationships, negotiating agreements, and clearly communicating complex information to facilitate organizational priorities and actions; 2) analyzing complex problems, evaluating alternatives, and developing reports, briefings, findings, and recommendations for leadership and other stakeholders; 3) identifying and assessing organizational or program risks; developing mitigation strategies; and supporting strategic planning, priorities, performance objectives, and implementation actions; and 4) supporting the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process by developing, analyzing, prioritizing, defending, monitoring, or executing resource requirements and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) initiatives.
