Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing and evaluating new or modified policies and procedures; leading or participating in project teams to resolve complex operational problems; providing guidance on process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma; and offering technical expertise on Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as LMP, GCSS-A or GFEBS to support supply, logistics and business processes.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS11)
