SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will support the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support Branch's long-range workload plans, mission funding, Working Capital Funding requirements, and performance assessments.

You will oversee business intelligence and analytics operations, providing both technical and administrative guidance.

You will review the work of subordinates, amending or rejecting work when necessary, and coordinate employee development as needed.

You will use automated tools to process data and create data sets for analysis and interpretation.

You will use dashboarding tools and develop reports, charts, and graphs to present data trends and metrics to decision-makers.

You will plan work for subordinates, determine priorities, and set schedules.

GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing operational and business data using business intelligence and data analytics techniques to identify trends and systemic patterns and developing strategic recommendations and data-driven insights for leadership, in order to ensure informed decision-making and optimized business initiatives for shipyard operations.
