The posting

You will spearhead the continuous validation of Task Critical Assets, conducting critical training, and preparing decisive Risk Decision Packages in concert with asset and mission owners.

You will address unique vulnerabilities associated with civilian-owned defense critical infrastructure.

You will integrate and synchronize the efforts of strategic national and theater-level DCIP programs, ensuring infrastructure investment strategies reflect USINDOPACOM's operation interests.

You will exercise full responsibility for the management, operations, and administration of the DCI Branch program.

You will formulate foundational policy updates and synthesize command-wide feedback for submission to the highest echelons of the Department of War, the Joint Staff, and the Office of the Secretary of War.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent Program Analyst experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying comprehensive knowledge of Mission Assurance (MA) policies and strategies to advise senior leadership and protect Department of Defense interests; 2) Managing and actively functioning within an analytic team to provide technical expertise, direct supervision, and drive strategic objectives; 3) Analyzing military functions and mission sets to align critical infrastructure resilience with operational plans and mission-essential tasks; 4) Utilizing basic office applications and tools to manage program data, track initiatives, and synthesize complex risk assessments into executive briefings; and 5) Formulating, assessing, and aligning MA policies and procedures across diverse organizational directorates and service components.
